She brings cross-border deal structuring expertise and has led the firm's expansion into private equity advisory. Her clients include GLCs, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational conglomerates. She serves on the Bar Council's Corporate Law Committee.

Vikram Anand
Managing Partner, LitigationVikram returned to Malaysia in 2016 after training at an international arbitration boutique in Singapore. Known for meticulous case preparation, he has represented clients in over 60 AIAC arbitrations and is regularly appointed as arbitrator in commercial disputes. His white-collar defence practice has maintained an unbroken acquittal record over the past decade.

David Khoo Wei Liang
Senior Counsel (Retired)Co-founded the firm in 1987 with a vision to build a practice where precision and integrity would be the foundation of every client relationship. David's corporate advisory work shaped the firm's reputation through Malaysia's privatisation era and the Asian Financial Crisis. He retired from active practice in 2020 but continues to mentor the next generation as Senior Counsel.
Rajesh Anand
Senior Counsel (Retired)Co-founded the firm in 1987 as a fierce courtroom advocate who built the litigation practice from a two-person operation into one of KL's most respected dispute resolution teams. Rajesh's landmark cases set precedents in Malaysian commercial law. He retired from active practice in 2021 but remains available as Senior Counsel for the firm's most significant matters.
